Daniel Frankel
Principal & Co-Founder
Daniel was previously the Vice President of Investor Relations & Business Development at Arixa Capital, a non-bank real estate bridge and construction lender based in Los Angeles. He was a member of the management team; primarily responsible with capital raising and portfolio management for the firm’s real estate debt and equity funds. Prior to joining Arixa, Daniel served as the Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Development for PennyMac Financial Services Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) and PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE: PMT), where he managed equity offerings totaling more than $500 million and built out the Investor Relations functions.
Before moving to Los Angeles, Daniel spent six years with Citigroup in New York City and two years with First Marblehead in Boston. While working for Citigroup and First Marblehead, his roles focused on capital markets and portfolio management. Daniel brings 18+ years of experience within real estate and lending.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and received his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.

Jerry Feinstein
Principal & Co-Founder
Jerry was previously the Senior Vice President of CRE Lending at Arixa Capital, a non-bank real estate bridge and construction lender based in Los Angeles. He was a member Arixa’s management team and launched its multi-family & commercial lending program. Prior experience includes senior level roles with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of New York and Silver Hill Financial; while residing in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Fort Lauderdale.
Additionally, Jerry has provided consulting services and is a regular speaker at industry conferences. Jerry brings 40+ years of experience within real estate and lending.
Jerry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California-Berkeley, is a Certified Mortgage Banker, and is licensed as a California real estate broker.
